All orders are subject to stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts, discrepancies may occur. If an item is unavailable at the time of purchase, we will fulfill available products and contact you regarding backorders or refunds.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. These costs are collected during purchase and are final.


3. Returns

3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind

We accept returns for change of mind within [X] days of receiving the item, provided it is in its original packaging, unused, and resellable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and arranging their own shipping. Refunds will be issued as store credit.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 2 – 7 days.

4.2 International Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 4 – 22 days, depending on courier service chosen at checkout.

4.3 Order Processing

Orders placed before 12 AM CDT (UTC-05) are dispatched the same day; others ship the next business day. Our warehouse operates Monday – Friday (excluding national holidays).

4.4 Address Changes

Delivery addresses may be changed before the order is dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box & Military Address Shipping

  • We ship to P.O. Boxes via postal services only.

  • We ship to military addresses using USPS only.

4.6 Out-of-Stock Items

Unavailable items will be canceled and refunded. The rest of the order will be shipped as usual.

4.7 Delivery Delays

If delivery exceeds the estimated time, please contact us for assistance.


5. Tracking Notifications

Customers receive a tracking link upon dispatch to monitor shipment progress.


6. Damaged Parcels

If a parcel is damaged upon delivery, you may refuse the package and contact us immediately. If received while absent, contact customer service for further steps.
